Integrative Medicine Series: Workshops and Webinars
Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can be incredible tools for healthcare and wellbeing. But how does it work? What does the scientific evidence say? How can it be used alongside conventional medicine and other therapies? What does best practice look like? And how can we look after the health not just for ourselves, but for those of our families too?
Please join me and invited guest speakers as we share with you our experiences of working with specific health concerns and show you how a more integrative way of addressing our health works in practice!
Upcoming workshops and webinars
January 2026: Endometriosis Uncovered: Smarter Strategies for Pain Relief and Fertility - In-person event @ Bank Medispa, Hale Village
with hosts Lily Lai, PhD (Acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner) & Dr Edi-Osagie (Consultant Gynaecologist)
Join us in person for an informative, empowering, and supportive event dedicated to understanding and managing endometriosis.
Consultant gynaecologist Dr Edi-Osagie and women’s health specialist Lily Lai PhD bring together their combined expertise to explore how pain and fertility can be supported through a truly integrated, patient-centred approach. Dr Edi-Osagie is the BSGE Lead for the Specialist Endometriosis Centre at the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, Manchester. Lily is an NHS-research-qualified traditional acupuncturist with over 20 years’ experience in women’s health and pain management.
This unique session was born out of their shared clinical experience: meeting women with endometriosis who were seeking more joined-up care—care that thoughtfully combines Western medical treatments with evidence-informed traditional approaches. Together, they aim to bridge this gap and offer practical, holistic solutions that reflect real patient needs.
This is also a rare opportunity to connect with other women living with endometriosis in a welcoming, non-judgemental space, guided by two highly experienced healthcare professionals.
During this interactive session, you will:
Gain a clear understanding of what endometriosis is, including common symptoms and how it is diagnosed
Learn about the latest medical and surgical approaches to managing endometriosis
Explore the evidence behind traditional acupuncture and how it can support pain relief and neuro-inflammation
Discover nutritional strategies to help manage inflammation
Understand what an integrated model of care looks like in practice
Have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions in a supportive, expert-led discussion
Thanks to the generosity of Bank MediSpa and Aurora Healthcare, we are offering this event free to attend. Whether you were diagnosed with endometriosis recently or many years ago, this exclusive event offers fresh insights and practical tools for living well with endometriosis.
