Real Tree Weekend: World's End Wyevale Garden Centre

'There's nothing quite like the distinctive scent of a real Christmas tree.  We have a range of pot-grown or cut, hand-pruned, specially selected trees of all sizes, including Nordman Firs and Swedish Style Nordman trees. 

This year, you'll find a forestful of supersized 4m trees in selected centres.  See wyevalegardencentres.co.uk for more details.

World's End Wyevale Garden Centre are hosting two Real Tree Weekends on:

5th - 6th December and

12th - 13th December 2015

During these weekends, you can expect:

  • To browse their wide range of real Christmas trees
  • Expert advice on hand to help you choose the perfect tree
  • FREE Festive Forage Kids Activity
  • FREE hot chocolate

We're so confident our real trees will stay looking good until Christmas, if you're not completely happy we'll replace it for free any time before Christmas Day.'

Christmas Wreath Making

It wouldn't be Christmas without hanging a wreath on the door!

Ever wondered how the professionals make those stunning Christmas wreaths? Get into the festive spirit and create something special this Christmas! Places are limited. Tea, coffee and festive nibbles included. All materials are provided and included in the cost of your workshop. Take your wreath home - ready to proudly hang on your door. No previous experience required. Your wreath will also make a great gift. Workshop runs from 11 am to 2:00pm.

Diwali Weekend Crafts

Prepare for the celebrations for the Festival of Lights. Celebrate the colour and richness of this traditional festival with some traditional (and not so traditional) craft activities.

Come and celebrate the 'Festival of Lights' at Osterley with free community crafts in the Study Base. Free Event. No booking required but please be aware that the Formal Gardens and the activities may become busy.

Christmas cookery school at Waddesdon Manor

Ensure Christmas is stress-free in the kitchen this year. If you're looking for some stylish ideas for entertaining that you can prepare in advance this is the day for you. Your day will include two-course lunch with wine, an information introduction to choosing wines and spirits for the festive season by our in-house wine advisor, Peter Tompkins, and a goody bag to take home including a recipe holder.
